Engagement rate is an important metric in social media marketing to analyse how much your followers interact with your content, and how relevant your account or campaign is. Divide the amount of interaction (such as likes, comments, shares, and clicks) by the number of followers or reach of the post. Then multiply that number by 100 to end up with a percentage. The resulting engagement rate clearly shows how much your content resonates with your audience.
